DANCING DOWN THE FENCES

I grew up in a century
That thrived on ingenuity
That brought us TV and PCs
And more equal opportunities
But there´s still fighting, there´s still killing
There´s still violence and blood spilling
The wheel of history keeps on spinning
And we can change it if we´re willing

There´s gotta be a better way
Something we can do today
Forget about the guilt and rage
Let´s drop our guns and celebrate

An increased life expectancy

While there are hungry mouths and souls to feed
